UK Delivery

Our UK standard postage is £3.99 per order. UK orders over £50 receive FREE standard postage.

Orders over £50.00 - FREE - Royal Mail First Class
Orders less than £50.00 - Flat Rate of £3.99 - Royal Mail First Class

If your order is time sensitive we advise using one of our Next Day Delivery services

Next Day UK Delivery

Orders must be received before 2pm to use Next Day Delivery services.

A next day Royal Mail service (Monday to Thursday only) is available to UK addresses for £6.99. Your item will be delivered by 9pm the next working day (Saturdays, Sundays + Bank Holidays are not classed as working days). 

We have added a Next Day DPD service (Monday-Friday only) for UK delivery for £8.99

Orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday will be dispatched on a Friday + delivered on a Monday (excluding bank holidays)

Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday + delivered on a Tuesday (excluding bank holidays)

Ireland Deliveries

We ship to Ireland using Royal Mail using a tracked service for £7.99. Customers are responsible for payment of all duties and taxes on arrival. If you refuse to pay the duties and taxes and your parcel is returned we will not refund the shipping costs or any return shipping costs we may incur.

Europe Deliveries

We ship to Europe using Royal Mail using a tracked service for £9.99. Customers are responsible for payment of all duties and taxes on arrival. If you refuse to pay the duties and taxes and your parcel is returned we will not refund the shipping costs or any return shipping costs we may incur.

USA Deliveries

We ship to USA using Royal Mail using a tracked service for £8.99. We have included new USA Duty Tariffs into our USA prices - you will see the price at checkout. Your order will arrive with the duties pre-paid and with no additional charges

International Deliveries

Shipments to the rest of the World will be posted “International Tracked & Signed”. Flat rate of £19.99. You are liable for your own countries customs duty taxes and vat.

If you refuse to pay the duties and taxes and your parcel is returned we will not refund the shipping costs or any return shipping costs we may incur.

Returns Policy

You can return your order for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please follow the procedure below:

The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the item(s). We recommend that you return the goods via Recorded delivery.

We will not be able to refund any items that are lost in transit back to us. If the item you have received is faulty we will also refund postage and the cost of your return postage.

All items are checked thoroughly before we send them to you and a Bob & Blossom tag is attached. We will only accept returns that are in perfect condition with the tag still attached.

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size please give us a call and we can confirm that we have your size in stock and we can put that item away for you until we receive your original order back.
