Care Instructions

• We recommend our cotton garments are washed at no more than 30 degrees on a gentle cycle.
• For ultimate results, hand wash; dry naturally; do not iron decoration.
• Glitter prints are extremely vulnerable to heat.
• Our tutus and party skirts should be hand washed warm with no bleach. Hang and fluff dry.

DELIVERY

We will be closing on Wednesday 24th December at 12am. Orders placed after this time will be posted Tuesday 30th December. Order received after 2pm on 30th December will be shipped Monday 5th January 2026, when our office reopens.

Any next day services selected during this time will only be sent on 30th December and then again on 5th January

We will post your item(s) within 3 working days of receipt of your order provided that they are in stock. During sale periods it may take longer than usual to package and dispatch orders - up to 5 working days to dispatch your item(s).

UK Delivery

Our UK standard postage is £3.99 per order. UK orders over £50 receive FREE standard postage.

If your order is time sensitive we advise using one of our Next Day Delivery services

Next Day UK Delivery

Orders must be received before 2pm to use Next Day Delivery services.

A next day Royal Mail service (Monday to Thursday only) is available to UK addresses for £6.99. Your item will be delivered by 9pm the next working day (Saturdays, Sundays + Bank Holidays are not classed as working days). 

We have added a Next Day DPD service (Monday-Friday only) for UK delivery for £8.99

Orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday will be dispatched on a Friday + delivered on a Monday (excluding bank holidays)

Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday + delivered on a Tuesday (excluding bank holidays)

Europe Deliveries

With regret we are currently unable to offer shipping to Europe

USA Deliveries

We have included new USA Duty Tariffs into our USA prices - you will see the price at checkout. Your order will arrive with the duties pre-paid and with no additional charges

International Deliveries

Shipments to the rest of the World will be posted “International Tracked & Signed”. Flat rate of £19.99

You may be liable for your own countries customs duty taxes and vat.

Returns Policy

You can return your order for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please follow the procedure below:

The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the item(s). We recommend that you return the goods via Recorded delivery.

We will not be able to refund any items that are lost in transit back to us. If the item you have received is faulty we will also refund postage and the cost of your return postage.

All items are checked thoroughly before we send them to you and a Bob & Blossom tag is attached. We will only accept returns that are in perfect condition with the tag still attached.

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size please give us a call and we can confirm that we have your size in stock and we can put that item away for you until we receive your original order back.
